I have been involved in fitness for 25+ years, from playing squash at county level to involvement in a whole range of X country running and road races, X training challenges and more recently cycling an average of 2000 miles per year! I fully appreciate we all have different goals in life and not everyone has the time or the inclination to train everyday – nor do you need too! My previous professional role also made me realise the need to understand stress and how to manage its debilitating affects and since changing my Profession, and gaining a Diploma in PT and SMT, I now also appreciate its link to nutrition and fitness. Hopefully, this qualification, along with my inclusion on the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs), will give you some confidence in the level of my ability. Allied to my enthusiasm for fitness, I now have a new passion in sports massage therapy as its benefits are self evident through the gains experienced by client’s, after treatment, in their range of movement and functionality; it doesn’t get much better than that! So here I am at your service and I’d be delighted to help you in achieving your goals.
As far as I am concerned, your goals are the same as mine as we’re in this together!

I first developed a passion for health & fitness when I joined the army in 2001 at the age of sixteen. I trained with the army regularly in order to maintain my physical fitness, I thoroughly enjoy working out as it gives me a boost and makes me feel good, now I have the right qualifications and skills I see it as an ideal opportunity to help you improve your health & fitness and reward you with the same feel good factor. For the last five years I’ve constantly been involved in sports such as competing in cross country events and playing football for my regiment. I have learnt a lot from my seven and a half years experience in the forces, my time served has supplied me with numerous ideas for personal training and given me a great insight to the world of fitness.
