Initial Consultation
This initial consultation is extremely important and will include a lifestyle analysis, a health and fitness appraisal along with a session on objective and goal setting. We will also take your blood pressure and can conduct a skin fold test to measure your % body fat. There are also a number of tests we can conduct to measure your current level of fitness which allows us to benchmark future progress.
Programme Design
Includes: Cardiovascular, Aerobic Exercise, Resistance Training, Core Stability, Muscular Endurance, Hypertrophy, Strength, Power, Proprioception, Balance and Flexibility.
Performance Profiling
We will measure your progress and regularly evaluate your performance in order to ensure you achieve your short and long term goals. Tailored to suit your needs!
Sports Conditioning
We can produce exercise programmes that are specific to your particular sport in order to ensure you reach your potential in future performances.
